Change of Product Prices
Digiteq reserves the right to change prices at its discretion at any time without prior notification to users. The user is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of concluding the contract. In case of technical errors in the site's publication, Digiteq has the right to refuse the execution of the contract and does not owe any compensation to the user other than refunding the amounts paid by the user, if any.
Warranties
The goods offered by Digiteq Ltd. come with a Conformity Guarantee in accordance with the applicable legislation and the warranty policy of the respective manufacturer and/or distributor for those clients who are Consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act. Outside the Conformity Guarantee, the products may also have an additional Commercial Guarantee. This will be mentioned in the product description on the website and in the Warranty Card accompanying the goods, which will include the exact Warranty Conditions. The existence of such a Commercial Guarantee does not limit the statutory conformity guarantee of the purchased goods with the sales contract within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act. Regardless of the commercial guarantee, the seller is responsible for the lack of conformity of the consumer goods with the sales contract according to the guarantee under Articles 112-115 of the Consumer Protection Act.
The warranty period of the goods starts from the date of sale and is valid on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. For other countries, the warranty is provided according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Complaints about manufacturing defects within the warranty period are accepted at the specified service centers in the country. The transport of the goods to the service center and the risk of damage during transport to and from the service center are at the buyer's expense unless otherwise agreed. The goods must be delivered to the service center in full set and original packaging, ensuring safe transport. The goods can be accepted by the service center only after presenting a clearly and fully completed, signed, and stamped warranty card and purchase document. The service center has the right to transport the goods to other service centers at its own expense.
Performing Warranty Repair:
Upon making a complaint that meets the warranty conditions, the Service Center is obliged at its discretion to:
- Repair the goods within the legal term. When the complaint is satisfied by repairing the goods, the repair period is added to the warranty period. If this is impossible, to replace it with another of the same model.
When the complaint is satisfied by replacing the goods with another, the initial warranty conditions remain.
If there is no same model, another model with additional payment is offered. When buying back a defective product without full set and original packaging, the value of the respective missing items is deducted.
In case the goods are not repaired or replaced with a new one within one month of making the complaint, the consumer may request termination of the contract or a reduction in the price.
The Manufacturer, Importer, and Service Center cannot be held responsible for lost profits, downtime, and other consequences of the defect of the goods and/or their stay in the service center.
During the stay of the goods in the service center, the Service Center is not obliged to provide another item for temporary use.
Receiving the Repaired Goods:
The consumer is obliged to verify the quality of the performed repair before receiving the goods back.
Complaints about the set are accepted only at the moment of receiving the repaired/replaced goods. The parts replaced during the repair remain in the service center for further reporting.
If during the diagnostics of the goods it is found that they are functional and meet their technical specifications, or the defect is out of warranty, the Service Center may charge the Client according to the service price list for out-of-warranty service, which is agreed with the Client.
In case of disagreement, a statement protocol is filled out.
The service center is not responsible for repaired goods not claimed for more than 30 days after the agreed term.
Warranty service is void in the following cases: When the damages are caused by non-compliance with the transport, storage, installation, and operation instructions;
Damages caused by incorrect installation or external influences, including unstable cable or wireless network connection and telephone line, poor grounding, power surges, electrical network malfunctions, external electromagnetic fields, direct sunlight, high humidity;
Screen problems due to improper use (yellow spot or stripe caused by screen pressure).
Damages caused by impacts with other objects, dropping, falling, spilling liquids on the device, or dropping it into liquids;
Damages caused by third-party peripheral devices;
The product/component serial number is missing, unreadable, or modified;
An attempt was made to fix the defect by the buyer or other unauthorized persons;
Damages during transportation;
Damages due to external mechanical impacts;
Damages due to fires, natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, lightning...);
Errors caused by software incompatibility, viruses, or unauthorized modification of the built-in software (including BIOS), forgotten device passwords;
When claiming a complaint for defective pixels outside the manufacturer's conditions.
When sending a device for repair through a courier or partner company other than the authorized warranty service described in this document, the consumer unequivocally agrees with the subsequent findings of the authorized service described in this document;
Metal particles, dust, and other foreign objects damaging/degrading the quality of the speaker or the earpiece/microphone. Products with a poor external appearance, with traces of impacts on the device's casing, heavily soiled, soaked with liquids, or with visible mechanical damage are not accepted for warranty service.
